My name is Zubair and I've been vegan for 4 years now. It's been one of the most important changes I've made in my life from both an ethical and health perspective. Once I became aware of the suffering that animals go through, I was unable to justify eating any meat or any form of exploitation. My dietary desires don't outweigh an entire and all too brief life of torture, fear, and entrapment that these creatures endure.
