My passion for cooking and enjoying vegan food began over 15 years ago after reading John Robbin’s “Diet For A New America". I am now a certified Natural Chef from Bauman College and run my own successful vegan personal chef business based in San Francisco. With an animal rights activist past and a weight-loss success story under my belt, I am excited to be training with Team Vegan for the upcoming San Francisco half-marathon.
